I was frustrated . the food at the buffet was often COLD. this was a big disappointment considering the variety they offered. i also found the service at the pool bar to be REALLY slow, even when it wasn't crowded. it took forever to get a drink. This made relaxing by the pool difficult!

The resort offers various entertainment options daily. the main dining room served quality food with diverse selections. i found the staff helpful. Most employees were friendly and went above to assist guests.
The customer service at check-in was slow. our room was not cleaned until late afternoon. the air conditioning in the room did not work correctly. It stayed at 23 degrees celsius.

I found that staff was consistently present, ensuring cleanliness and overall maintenance. the buffet food quality impressed me. The staff worked diligently. housekeeping kept the rooms clean and fresh each day. the beach also saw daily raking, nice to see.
Signage around the grounds could be better. I think new guests might find it challenging to navigate initially.

the room included two sinks and a rainfall shower. it also had a safe for storing valuables. the room was well lit with bedside lamps and a ceiling light. i found the climate control system easy to use and effective, maintaining a consistent temperature.

Check-in was slow the staff seemed overwhelmed. I had trouble getting simple questions answered. The air conditioning in the room was inadequate it struggled to keep the space cool enough. I also found the evening entertainment repetitive the shows lacked variety.

Our tropical view room was a true delight (I particularly adored the vibrant greenery just outside the window). The beach impressed me with its cleanliness. I also found the staff very attentive, especially during meal times. They seemed dedicated to guest satisfaction.
